Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms
   Payment for equipment rental shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in the official contract between Doha Group Transport Co. and the Client.

2. Working Hours

   • Minimum working hours are 10 hours per day.

   • Minimum working schedule is 6 days per week.

   • A minimum of 260 hours per month will be considered as the base rental duration.

3. Mobilization and Demobilization
   Mobilization and demobilization charges shall apply if the equipment is utilized for less than one (1) month.

4. Operator/Driver Supply

   • Equipment may be supplied with an operator or driver upon request and as agreed in the contract.

   • The operator/driver shall work within the standard working hours. Any overtime or night shift work shall be subject to additional charges.

   • Doha Group Transport Co. will ensure operators/drivers are licensed, experienced, and trained for the assigned equipment.

   • The Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment and necessary site access for the operator/driver.

   • Accommodation, food, and transportation for the operator/driver must be provided by the Client if the job site is outside city limits or as otherwise agreed.

5. Equipment Maintenance

   • Doha Group Transport Co. shall be responsible for the routine maintenance and servicing of the equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.

   • Any breakdowns due to mechanical or technical failure (not caused by the Client’s misuse) will be addressed by Doha Group at no additional cost.

   • The Client must immediately inform Doha Group of any abnormal equipment behavior or malfunctions.

6. Damage & Liability

   • The Client shall be fully liable for any damage caused to public or private property during the equipment operation, including but not limited to:

     • Valuation roads

     • Traffic signals or signage

     • Qt cables or underground utilities

   • All such damage, including repair costs and related penalties, shall be borne by the Client.

7. Dispute Resolution
   Any dispute regarding the rental equipment, services provided, or invoice details must be formally communicated to Doha Group Transport Co. within 14 days of the occurrence or receipt of the disputed item.

8. General Conditions

   • The equipment remains the property of Doha Group Transport Co.

   • The Client is responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated within the agreed site limits and according to applicable safety standards and regulations.

   • Any damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized use will be charged to the Client.
